All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges/cancellations are not accepted. The only exception is if we make an error with the order. Under certain circumstances (with approval from Sports Card Zone), items returned or canceled will be subject to a 15% re-stocking/processing fee. Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer. All returns are subject to inspection and must be in the same condition as they were received. To start a return, you can contact us at thesportzcardzone@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
